Whether it’s refreshing a powder room, touching up scuffed baseboards, or pressure washing your deck, our professional painters provide up to 8 hours of dedicated craftsmanship to get your home looking its best.

- Touch up the exterior of your house
- Touch up your interior trim & doors
- Repaint your garage and front door.
- Pressure wash exterior surfaces like decks patios, steps, and walkways
- Perform minor repairs, such as touching up drywall cracks and repairing water stains
- Paint up to 400 square feet of stucco or clapboard
- Do a combination of jobs for up to eight hours
The Service Package
Labor: 8 hours of skilled labor (typically performed by one painter for 8 hours or two painters for 4 hours).
Pricing Options:
Option A: $360 for 1 painter for 8 hours.
Option B: $360 for 2 painters for 4 hours.
Minimums: There is a 4-hour minimum billing for any call-out.
The “Yes” List (What’s Included)
Skilled Labor: Professional painting and minor repairs.
Standard Prep: This includes basic caulking, sanding, and filling small holes/cracks.
Professional Equipment: Drop cloths, ladders (under 9 ft.), trays, rollers, brushes, sanding sponges, poles, and 1 roll of painter’s tape. To name a few.
Full Clean-up: Ensuring the workspace is spotless before the painter leaves.
The “No” List (What’s Excluded)
Paint & Materials: The cost of the paint itself is not included in the flat labor fee.
Major Repairs: Structural fixes or heavy drywall damage.
Height Restrictions: Any work requiring ladders over 9ft is excluded for this specific daily rate.
Heavy Lifting: Moving oversized or heavy furniture. Equipment rentals (boom lift…).
